RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Violent Green is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-3  business days (Australia) and 1-10 days (International).
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund (via method of payment).
 
When placing an order, please choose carefully.  We do not refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or if it doesn't fit.  

Where goods are faulty or the wrong item sent, you have the option of a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please email us immediately at info@violentgreen.com.au should you wish to make an exchange. You need to email us prior to sending the item back so we can send you a Returns Authorisation form which you must include with the product. We will not process any items sent back without this form and without a receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive your return within an accepted time frame (preferably 7-10 days) using a viable courier/postal service. All shipping costs will be covered by you (with the exception of faulty items or items incorrectly sent). We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
