HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When an order has been paid for in full, you will receive an email to confirm your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email (within 48 hours of the order being placed). Getting your parcel to you is a priority, therefore if your shipping address is different to your billing address, you may receive an email from us to confirm.
ARE ALL YOUR BRANDS LEGITIMATE?
We guarantee we are the authorised stockists for all our labels and that all items are genuine and have been bought directly from the labels.

HOW DO I KNOW MY NEW ITEM WILL FIT ME?
Simply cross-check your measurements against our size chart but note that it’s a guide only as labels may vary in sizing. For a specific size or measurement query please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you. If the item doesn't fit you, you can always exchange it, please refer to our refund policy.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?
All items shown on the website are in stock. However, please note that putting an item in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.
ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE MY SIZE AGAIN?
If your size is out of stock, email email@example.com and we will see if one can be ordered for you.
CAN I LAY-BY AN ITEM?
Yes you can. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the item and size you require and we will process the lay-by for you. Lay-by term is 3 weeks with weekly deposits required.
